Use the Google Plus Hangout to get SEEN on Google

The Google Plus Hangout is a great place to connect with people and share EASILY.

With Google Plus, you can create and share with specific Google Circles. Work circles, friend circles, however you want to categorize them. You can create posts that can be seen only by certain circles.

When you create a Google Plus Hangout, you can invite specific friends or co-workers, it is very flexible.

If you want to get found more easily in the Google Search Engine Results, consider using Google Plus Hangouts to record your videos. Current research is showing that the Google Search Algorithm is LOVING Google Plus Hangouts!

If you are in business, you should know that Video Marketing is VERY POWERFUL. People can connect with you more easily. But you need to help them find you. Getting ranked in Google Search results can be challenging. This is a skill that can be learned. Recording your video with a Google Plus Hangout is a great place to start because Google already loves that content. So all things being equal, if you are trying to rank any kind of content to get seen on the first page of Google, Google Plus vids have high authority now.

This is so easy to use. Simple create your gmail account. Create your Google Plus account at plus.google.com. Then go ahead, click the Hangout’s on Air button, then click the Start a Hangout and voila.

You can invite friends or colleagues for a group hangout or just record your message.

A post will automatically be made to your Google Plus timeline and the video will be streamed to YouTube.

This is SO EASY! I’m a busy mom so whatever I do has GOT to be easy.

What is a dream exactly? I think of it as a vision, an idea, an obsession that keeps popping up in your mind. You can’t help thinking about it. You subconscious dwells on it. And whatever your subconscious dwells on is powerful if you can utilize discipline to bring it into reality…..

What Does it Mean to Follow your Dreams?

I am very practical when it comes down to DOING things, but when it comes down to which THINGS to DO, I allow myself to think about the ‘pie in the sky’, dream scenario. Why? When you think about your true desires… your dreams… it brings a sense of joy and peace to think about what it would be like to have them fulfilled.

I wholeheartedly believe that this gift was given to all of us, BUT, people have learned to control and squash that others, sometimes on purpose….. but more often because that is what was taught to them.

Anything in life is possible. It may be DIFFICULT to achieve. But if it’s what makes you happy, part of the joy is in the journey.

Some would say he’s insane. But I hope you caught the most important points in this video. First, this guy has been DREAMING of doing this since he was a child. Second, he is the BEST free-base jumper in Norway…. meaning he has spent a lot of time perfecting his actions (discipline).

I have had many desires in my lifetime, but only a couple of dreams. Desires may be shorter term, but they are powerful too. I had a desire to be the first female nuclear reactor operator where I worked. I had a desire to get my Masters Degree. I had a dream of becoming a Mother. I HAVE a dream of creating MULTIPLE six-figure income businesses, sending my kids to whatever schools are best for them, traveling to see my friends and family whenever I wish, and helping other people to do realize their dreams.

I listened to a video by a couple of once homeless guys who have made over $60,000,000 in commissions in less than 2 years. I heard their stories. I thought… can this be true? So I entered my name to get more information and the rest is history.

I am making my dream become a reality. All thanks to a video that changed everything….

Video Marketing is very powerful. Why? People want to see you, connect with you, get a sense of who you are. Video is a great way to show people who you are. It conveys your personality, your vulnerability and your power…. all at the same time.

Self Empowerment: It starts with Faith

Self empowerment is something that seems to comes so easily for some and elude others…

It allows you to act with confidence, posture and calmness. When you FEEL empowered, you feel centered, lifted and fulfilled. Instead of anxiety, you have anticipation. Instead of dread, you have hope.

Where does one start on their journey toward self empowerment??? There is plethora of information, books and cd’s, seminars and trainings.

Let me tell you where it starts. It starts with your belief or faith in yourself. Your belief that you have something valuable to bring to the table. Because the fact is that you DO have something that NO ONE else has. Talents and abilities that you were born with… I call this your MAGIC.

If you cannot develop a sense of faith in yourself…. that you ARE where you’re supposed to be, that you are enough, that you have value…. then you will never be able to move yourself forward.

It sounds so simple, doesn’t it? But it actually takes active focus and constant attention develop and deepen your belief or faith. Our brains are wired to ask and answer questions and our subconscious is always doing these things.

One strategy that people use to work on their subconscious is to ask themselves purposeful and positive success questions repeatedly, like ‘How do I find it so easy to generate $10,000 per month in my business?’ This is a very powerful way to incorporate a goal in to a success question. When you ask yourself questions like this, your subconscious mind finds a way to solve it. Not only that, but doing this repeatedly allows you to believe that you can achieve. This feeling of belief changes the way you act and as it gets stronger gives you more confidence and more successful action taking. It feeds itself. But YOU must feed IT.

Take the first step and ACCEPT and ACKNOWLEDGE the fact that you have something special – a MAGIC that only you have. It IS real and it IS there. Make a choice to believe just that and see how that makes you feel. You will start thinking differently immediately and new possibilities will appear.

Post Penguin SEO: Learn – Don’t Panic!

So Google implemented another update and if you utilize SEO, your Google Search Engine Rankings may have been affected. What do you do for Post Penguin SEO?

Well… first things first. This isn’t the first time Google changed it’s algorithms for search pages and it surely won’t be the last. Rest assured, SEO professionals have already started their testing and will come to a conclusion as to what types of links are better, how quickly they should be added, and so forth.

While link structuring IS important, here’s something you can do TODAY to get clues on the path you should be taking to rank content NOW. So don’t panic! Follow me.

Let’s take a look at some Google Search Results. Before the Update, one of my posts was ranking #1 for ‘High Ticket Affiliate Programs’. After the Update, it ranks at #9.

I am showing you this so that you can evaluate your own posts today and identify what you can do to get ranked in Google today. Let’s take a look.

Youtube Videos in the top 3 spots. I have seen this trend increasing, even before the Google updates. Well… Google owns Youtube and their algorithm appears to be giving Youtube videos a lot more weight. While I do have videos, I did not have one posted for this keyword.

Big Hint for you: Start learning how to do video marketing. I will be uploading a video for this keyword ASAP. If you need help with Video Marketing, Tube Traffic Mojo is an awesome course. Do it right, or don’t do it at all!

The 6th spot is occupied by a document on Slideshare.net, a place where you can upload pdf documents and presentations. Again, I have been seeing increased incidents over the last couple of months where Slideshare doc’s are starting to rank. Clearly, Google has taken a liking to this site, so take note!

You can convert blog posts to pdf’s and upload them to Slideshare. I did NOT do that for this keyword… tomorrow it will be there!

Let’s move on to the number 8 position, which is occupied by a Facebook Fan Page with the keyword in the Page Name. Again, I have seen more instances of this before the update. And hey, you can create Fan Pages for free!

But here’s the thing. I have been checking out a lot of those pages in the Search Results for keywords I go after, and a lot of them have crappy content... IMHO. However, if you create a page and put some really good content on it, for a keyword you want to use to reach people, this is something to consider as Google is also loving Facebook Fan Pages a lot more.

This has huge potential, as facebook marketing is totally HOT right now. If you want to know how to set up a killer fan page, get fans and make money, you absolutely need to check out Michelle Pescosolido’s course. It ROCKS! Take a peek here.

There are other sites that you can add to your repertoire. When you are researching a keyword, look at the top 10 spots in Google Search and see what type of domain sites are ranking. Go with the current and diversify. Get your content out to some different locations to get it seen!

How to Use Google Plus for Business

Social Media Marketing is important for Business Today. Google Plus has been kind of a sleeping giant.

But not anymore….

Look SMART. Get on it. NOW.

Here’s why you want to learn how to use Google Plus for your Business.

First things first. Set up your gmail account. Everything runs around this, so just do it!

It’s pretty easy to set up a Google Plus Page for your Business. Just go to the main sign in page and click on Google + for Business and it’ll take you to a web page where you can Create a Page. Just follow the instructions. You can even upload a nice, custom image to reflect you and your business.

Now, you want to start adding people to your Google Circles. You can define your own circles… clients, colleagues, family, what ever you want. It’s really excellent to be able to do that because when you place a post or and update, you can make is public to ALL your circles OR send it out to only those in a specified circle. Also, you look at only the post of those in certain circles at any given time. This makes life so much easier.

So, start building your network. It’s easy to search for anyone. Also, take a look at the communities within Google Plus and look for like-minded individuals you can share with. You can even start your OWN community.

Sharing content is very easy.

One of my favorite things about Google Plus is that you can have a video chat, also called a Hangout, with people in your circles. You can stream the video live and record it to Youtube, which incidentally, is connected to you, because Google owns it. Think about the training you could do online and then share with others. It’s absolutely amazing.

Now, if you have a personal blog, you want people to see what you post on it. If you post a blog post in your Google Plus circles and people +1 it, that is like a social vote that people like it, similar to facebook likes. Google likes it.

You can also put a Plus One button on your blog so people can Plus One it there. Google +1′s are powerful social proof and the Google Search Engine looks at those when figuring out where to put your blog post in the search page results.

The size of your network also has an impact on how well your content might rank in their search engine. Use can register as a Google author, and if you have a lot of people in your circles, it appears to help your authority.

Another great tip on how to use Google Plus for Business is to utilize the Events in the profile tab. There is so much you can do with these… a lot to cover in an overview post. But this is a great tool for engaging your community!

People want to do business with those they trust, so get connected and SHARE!
